Domestic orders

Enza Costa offers complimentary shipping on all domestic orders over $150 and standard UPS Ground for all other orders. Expedited shipping can be accommodated for additional fees. 

Orders placed before 12pm PST will start processing at our fulfillment center the same day. Orders placed after 12pm PST will start processing the next business day.

DOMESTIC RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Enza Costa allows returns and exchanges of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items, within 14 days from the item's delivery date. We do not provide refunds on shipping costs.

Please keep in mind that a Return Authorization Number is required to process your return, and items without this number will not be accepted. Once your return has been received and processed, you will be notified via email, and any applicable refunds will be applied.

International Orders

Enza Costa ships international orders on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis. DHL is our carrier for all orders delivered outside the United States. Typical delivery time is 3-6 days from the shipping date, and an estimated delivery date will be provided at checkout. Shipping costs, as well as duties and taxes specific to each country, will be calculated and paid at checkout. Please note that once an international order is in transit, it cannot be canceled.

If you decide to refuse your shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund if/when the items are returned to us.

International Returns

Enza Costa offers international returns for a flat rate of $25 on orders placed in:

Australia, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Greece, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and Taiwan.

Please note we are not offering international returns for other countries at this time.

We do not provide refunds on shipping costs. Customers are responsible for any additional duties, taxes, or customs fees which may be incurred during the return processes. Enza Costa does not cover payment or reimbursement of customs and duty charges. For information on potential refunds for duties and taxes, we recommend contacting your local customs office.
